Activity Day Camps – April Easter Holiday

We’re pleased to confirm that we will be operating our Activity Day Camps for April (Monday 7th April – Friday 18th April).

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL BOOKERS.

We are currently in the process of transferring to a new booking system for Holiday Club and this will be used from May Half Term Holiday 2025.  Further details will follow shortly regarding this.

For Easter, we will still be using the current online booking system via our Website, the only change is if you usually pay by card, we are currently unable to take online card payments and payment will need to be made by BACS.

To book, you process your booking in the same way, but to complete your booking, you will need to upload a ‘voucher’ and then arrange to pay by BACS so this can be reconciled on your account prior to attending Holiday Club.

• Click on My Account in the top left-hand corner
• Click on the fourth tab along headed My Billing
• Click on Top Up Account in the right-hand corner
• Select the option ‘Upload Vouchers’
• Select ‘BANK PAYMENTS FOR EASTER 2025’ from the list of vouchers
• Reference – this is the four or five digit number at the top of the screen encased in a red rectangle, this is your Parent ID
• Amount – this is the amount that you Please make sure it is the exact amount so that our accounts team can reconcile accordingly.
• Child – a drop-down box will be provided.
• Go back to your basket to check out, select pay by account credit, select this option to complete the booking

Then once you have completed your booking, please can you arrange a BACS payment to cover your booking to the following account code:
