Welcome to the Kids Play Out of School Clubs FAQ page, please see below a selection of frequently asked questions about our wraparound care service. If you have a query which is not listed below, please ask your club manager who will be happy to answer.
Do you offer discounts?
Sibling discounts do apply, please contact club manager for details. In the case of a second child attending the same session as a full paying child, the following discounts apply;
2 or more of the same sessions the 2nd child receives a discount of 10% of the single session price. In the case of a 3rd child attending the same sessions, the 3rd child will be charged at the 2nd child’s rate.
Can I pay using childcare vouchers?
You can. We accept a wide range of childcare vouchers which can be used for payment via our
Booking System.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Childcare Vouchers, Visa credit & debit cards, Visa electron and Mastercard credit & debit cards.
What time do I need to drop off and pick up my child?
Please check with your club manager or
Find a Club to see specific opening and closing times.
How does the school transfer work?
Where applicable, children are collected from one of our selected schools in our fleet of comfortable people carriers or a chaperoned mini bus, and once settled in are split into age groups appropriate for the wide range of activities planned by the childcare team.
Are meals provided?
Breakfast Club – Experts recognise the importance of starting a child’s day with a healthy breakfast, we therefore offer a selection of cereals, toast and fruit juice.
After School Club – A nutritious after school snack and a hot two course evening meal is provided prior to parent collection time at no extra cost.
